Biography
Amy Glicken serves as a Project Director in the Office of University Initiatives, where she contributes to initiatives that improve UA and advance the university’s mission.
Amy is proud to have worked at the University of Arizona for more than 14 years, most recently as the Director of Admissions in the Office of Student Services and Alumni Affairs at the UA Zuckerman College of Public Health. Amy served on the national SOPHAS Advisory Council from 2011 to 2013 and 2014 to 2016.
Amy obtained a BA in Sociology from Grinnell College in 2000 and an MPH in Community Health Practice from the University of Arizona Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health in 2006. She previously worked for the Volunteer Lawyers Program of Southern Arizona Legal Aid, Planned Parenthood of Greater Iowa, Planned Parenthood Arizona, and the University of Arizona Center of Excellence in Women’s Health.
