Crystal Aristizabal

Biography

I am an accomplished Nursing Education & Registered Nurse with noted experience in providing classroom, laboratory and clinical training for students and new nurses to ensure the delivery of quality patient care. I have advanced leadership strengths with proven coaching, guidance and mentoring skills. I have extensive experience in various nursing environments, including Medical-Surgical, PACU, Pre-Op, OR, Trauma, substance abuse, detox, mental health and Urgent Care units, as well as supervising multidisciplinary teams. I have experience with various technologies, including AV equipment, overhead projectors, computers, simulation mannequin, Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).

I am hoping to start on my DNP in the next year at ASU, to persue my personal goal of obtaining my doctorate degree.
