Biography
Ganghua Wang is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the University of Arizona. He was a Faraco Postdoctoral Fellow at the Data Science Institute at the University of Chicago, after earning a PhD in Statistics from the University of Minnesota. His research advances trustworthy AI with theory-inspired methods and statistical guarantees, particularly tailored to the challenges of large models. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his young son and family, exploring the outdoors, and playing badminton, bridge, and Steam.
