Biography
Christopher Hilliard is an Assistant Professor of Practice at the College of Applied Science and Technology. He has over 23 years of teaching experience in military, government, and academic settings. After completing a military career, he worked in private industry while also teaching part-time for the university. He played key roles in the development of the university’s Bachelors of Applied Science in Intelligence and Masters in International Security Studies degrees. His professional education includes the Command and General Staff College, the NATO School, the Foreign Language Training Center - Europe, and the Joint Forces Staff College.
