Interests
Research
~ I plan to set up research on the effects of zinc on Chitalpa trees (Tashkentensis)~ We have planted experimental plants in our "Discovery Gardens" to observe for success in our High Desert climate.~ We have experimented with various fertilizers in the Discovery Gardens and observed growth and flowering performances.~ We plan to become an "All American Selection" test site in 2022.
Teaching
I love teaching. I teach all sections of the Master Gardener class series, and also lead all workshops offered to our public by the Master Gardeners/Cooperative Extension.
