I am citing this as an honor as this platform only provides selected Western presentations, with their translations/dubbing, and with nearly 2.7 million views, and a favorability rating of 90%, as I complete this UAVitae document, I view this as a major honor of my professional life. I continue to receive each week dozens of emails from viewers from all over the Russian-speaking world, more than 20 months after the original upload of the Russian language version of the Ted Talk., Spring 2020

Our six-member team (which also includes two Norwegian, one Swedish, and one Russian scholar) was awarded a roughly US$900,000 research grant from the Norwegian Research Council to construct and implement a survey of public opinion about social movements and politics in the Russian Federation, with planned workshops and planned article-length papers; the project runs from 2014-17.
