My presentation was one segment of a larger presentation to DOJ representatives, including the team working on the Proteus contract with the UA and Ephibian. The presentation included results from a study of 3.8 million tweets, examining the demographics of those sending the tweets, as well as the frequency, day/time pattern, and content of those tweets. The overall intent was to develop a collection of 50 "typical" user profiles of those using Twitter.
