    We presented on best practices that we researched around peer institutions and the University of Arizona for reporting of harrassment and descrimination against member of the Writing Program, largely focusing on community building amount Graduate Teachers and Career-Track Faculty. We also discussed the protocols and roles of the Office of Institutional Equity and Dean of Students in these matters.
