University of Arizona College of Nursing.More infoI will work with and chair a team to develop a clinical improvement process starting in Nurs 614. The project will use a concept developed by nurseTim called the "rule of three's" to help promote critical thinking. We plan to disseminate results of the project as a poster presentation at a local and/or national conference (such as the Phoenix Nursing Research Festival or WIN).The Team, which has volunteered to organize and develop the project are Kenneth Oja, Angela Norton, Marc Puleo, and myself. We have planned to meet in February to discuss the project, which will be used and introduced in Nurs614. We will be enrolling additional clinical instructors to participate once the process and material are finalized.
